• The “LEA representative” under federal and State law – who qualifies and what role should they play before, during, and after the IEP meeting?
• What LEA reps need to know about preparing for domain, eligibility, and IEP meetings without crossing the line into predetermination
• What LEA reps need to know and plan for relative to conducting and documenting domain, eligibility, and IEP meetings, including:
  • Common and unique domain meeting issues (legal and practical) that LEA reps should recognize and be prepared to address
  • Common and unique eligibility meeting issues (legal and practical) that LEA reps should recognize and be prepared to address
  • Common and unique IEP meeting issues (legal and practical) that LEA reps should recognize and be prepared to address
