Dr. Batsche has been a national leader in the field of RtI/MTSS for many years.  In this workshop, he will present the research on the critical components of a high-quality MTSS system that leads to the strongest student outcomes.  Special education administrators are encouraged to bring members of school/district/cooperative teams who provide leadership in the implementation of MTSS.
